About Palais Lascaris

The baroque Palais Lascaris was home to one of the first noble families of Nice. City bought the property in 1942 and was later opened to the public as a museum in 1970. Its 18th-century ornamentations, as well as the 1738 pharmacy. A collection of old musical instruments and lavishly decorated rooms, historical artifacts, architecture, and 17th-century paintings on the ceilings are its biggest attractions.

The lush interior decorations, frescoed walls, tapestries, and pieces of furniture are a treat for art lovers. The narrow street in the heart of the old town makes it easy to locate. A collection of old musical instruments and lavishly decorated rooms. It may not be as big but it is definitely worth visiting.
