The Taukkyan War Cemetery is the resting place of fallen British Allied soldiers from the Second World War. The soldiers who have been cremated here died on Myanmar soil. The cemetery provides an honourable memorial for the fallen soldiers of war.

It is an hour drive from the city. It is best to take a taxi to reach here. It will cost around 11,000 kyats.
As there are no entry restrictions etc., just maintain the discipline and decorum of a cemetery.
Mind that there are no toilets around.
