The Choquequirao trek is a real adventure, walking through the steep Apurimac Canyon. It was built on a flattened hilltop. The trek is perfect for those who love walks along with mountains. The trek starts from the famous Citadel of Choquequirao, towards the Apurimac Canyon and then the Cordillera Vilcabamba full of Incan trails. It finally reaches the citadel of Machu Picchu.
Through private taxi or bus one can reach to Cachora from where the journey start and ends.
