Machu Pichhu museum is located in southern Peru and is a showcase for artefacts of the Inca period. The Museo Machu Pichhu was in action even before it reached the completion stage in the 70s. It derived its construction in the classic Inca style. It highlights objects like stone, marbles, ceramics, skeletons, and replicas of the Inca and pre-Inca period. For the creation of an appealing visual, the museum is made up of closed rooms incorporated with some geometric and trapezoidal forms to showcase the idea of Inca architecture. There are graphics samples, and instructions added, keeping in mind the informative need of foreign visitors.
The Machu Pichhu land established a museum to showcase the 250 Inca artefacts found during archaeological investigations. These artefacts include some priceless stones, metals, ceramics, and bones, etc. The exhibition allows visitors to see these artefacts and also the objects made from them like nails, Fasteners, and rings that bind the various roof beams of Inca city. Although after seeing these tools, it's not pretty easy to believe that these can be fitted with each other besides the incredible shapes.
The museum is also the collection of agricultural tools of the Inca Period such as quat, axes, hunting tools, and knives for military and ceremonial purposes. Organized in seven phases, the museum highlights the historical significance and the beauty of an extensive collection of pins, mirrors, and tweezers, etc. Museo Machu Pichhu, located in Cusco, is a wonderful historical piece for researchers. The museum is not a static institution but a dynamic knowledge and research centre.
Once you are at Cuzco Airport, Peru, you can take a bus via Cusco to reach Machu Pichhu museum. However, riding a bus is not preferred by most of the visitors. The reason might be you have to walk a lot after the bus. So, better to have a taxi booked for the museum directly.
