Tips

  • Just be sure to remember the names of your guides.
  • Check the weather, it makes a difference, if possible pick a week day, less people in the park
  • If possible ask for Guillermo and Javi, these guys are great
  • The restaurant is great, you also have other nice restaurants in the area....
  • Be forewarned if you are driving that it is a bit "in the middle of nowhere" so, be prepared for quite a drive. 
  • Book a 10am run on a weekend and arrive at 8:30, this way you can watch the groups ahead of you take off, either from the parking lot or from the comfort of the coffee shop in the lobby (special note, if you are easily freaked out, do not take this tip... ;
  • Make sure to take comfortable shoes in which you can hike up, YOU WILL BE WALKING ON ESCALATED HILLS/GRAVEL & UP STAIRS. 
  • Take your GoPro (we used a headstrap & an extra battery) because the views are magnificent, it's worth the money.
