About Kampala

Apart from being the capital of Uganda, Kampala is the largest city in Uganda. This city has been very fast in development, as it shows in its population. The population has doubled in the last 12 years. Even if it is close to the equator, the city has good climate conditions due to its altitude. The lovely weather and serene nature bring lots of tourists. The city exports coffee, sugar cotton, tea, and numerous other food and metal products. Have the most memorable time of your travel by going to the gorilla safaris in this city. You will be surprised to know that Kabaka Ssuuna 11, once the King of Kampala, had 148 wives and 218 children. Enjoy your time visiting beaches, zoos, and botanical gardens.
