Universal Island of Adventure is a theme park located in Orlando, Florida. This theme park is also known as Islands of Adventure and was opened to the public on 28 May 1999 along with City Walk, which converted Universal Studio into Universal Orlando Resort.
Initially, there were six theme parks and the seventh theme park was added in 2010 named the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The expansion of the theme park saw an increase in visitors, which got it ranked seventh nationally and eleventh internationally.
It is 15.4 km from the city center.
