Do’s

  • Check for the quality of hotels when searching for accommodation as some may be pricey.
  • Rent a car to save time. It is easier to reach places and avoid the rush.
  • Pack smart and light. Big bags may not be allowed inside attractions.
  • Get up and out early so you have a lot of time in hand.
  • Purchase theme park tickets in advance to avoid delays and long queues.
  • Carry sun protection and wear clothing that will help prevent sunburns, especially during summer.

Don’ts

  • Pay full price for theme parks. There are so many discount deals available.
  • Get carried away into getting unnecessary extra passes at Disney World.
  • Eat at Disney World during peak time as you will have to wait for too long.
  • Forget to look before you cross the road. There have been instances of rash driving.
  • Buy overpriced Disney merchandise at Disney World. Head to one of the local malls for more reasonably-priced souvenirs.
  • Miss the T-Rex restaurant in Downtown Disney. The place is great for kids and has good food.
  • Forget to bring bathing suits as there are many water-themed activities.

Night Life

Boasting local-style taverns, modern bars, and thrilling nightclubs, Orlando offers a bustling night-scene that adults can enjoy. Wall Street Plaza, in the center of Downtown Orlando, beckons - from laid back restaurants, lively bars, all-night nightclubs, and an endless stream of drinks, the plaza has it all!
